He is survived by: his spouse Crucita Echandy; his sons, John Otero (Kathy), Franklin Otero and Dimas Arroyo (Jacqueline); his nephew Jose Echandy (Rose); his brother Raymond Arroyo (Elba); his half-brother Rafael Arroyo; his grandchildren, Amy Decker (Derek), Sydelle Otero, Robert Arroyo (Caitlin), Ryan Otero, Ruben Phinney (Makayla), Justin Otero, Dimas Arroyo, Franklin Borges (Erika), Isaac Otero, Stephanie Mendez and Sierra Mendez; and his great grandchildren, Cardelle Rivera, Valentina Vetrano, Angeleah Decker, Brayden, Alexander, Autumn, Brielle, McKenna Arroyo, Temperance Phinney, Kendal, Aliyah Borges, Caius Brown, Salasia and Saliece Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & dear friends.
