He is survived by: his children, Brad, Nicole Staskowicz of Wappingers Falls, Madisen and Nick Brunetti of Fishkill; his daughter-in-law Carol; his son Ron Carik of Boynton Beach, FL; his nephews, Sean Carik and Joey Staskowicz; his niece Dianna Moore (Eric); and his pet Max.
