We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2018, at the age of 84, Phoebe M. Jackson (Beacon, New York), born in Fishkill, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Elijah DeWitt Smith; and her brothers, Vernon Smith and Edgar Smith. She is survived by: her parent Daisey Daniels Smith; her spouse Frank E. Jackson; and her son Francis E. Jackson of Beacon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
