He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Baxter and Bette Baxter; and his siblings, Diane Fonteneou and Paul Baxter. He is survived by: his daughter Phyllis E. Kelly; his pet Abby; his wife Pat; his daughters, Patty Rodgers, Dannyson Rodgers, Tommyson Kelly and Lisa Stegar (Gene); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret G. Williams, Joseph Fonteneou, Artie Baxter of Norway and Billy of Vermont. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
