She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Shay and Grace Smith Shay; her husband Frank M. Garnot, Sr.; and her brothers, John Shay and Kenneth Shay.
She is survived by: her children, Frank M. Garnot (Pamela), Kevin J. Garnot (Stacia) and Grace; her grandchildren, PJ, Kimberly, Cassidy and Katelyn; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Jessa and Aidan. She is also survived by two sister in laws, a brother in law, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
