He was predeceased by: his father Emil; his brothers, Emil Kuhnen III, Roger Kuhnen and Karl Kuhnen; and his brother-in-law Robert Hedrick.
He is survived by: his mother Bernice Meyer Barchan; his close friend Donna Lubniewski; his former wife Barbara Kuhnen; his children, Kaleigh Kuhnen (Michael Braun), Jaime Kuhnen-Richardson (Shane Richardson) and Mark Kuhnen Jr. (Erin Cahill); his grandchildren, Lilianah "Lili", Chase, Alden and Kian; his siblings, Eric Kuhnen, Paul Daniszewski, Rebekah Hedrick and Rachel Clarino; his sister-in-law Jaqueline Kuhnen; and his stepsister Deborah Diamond. He is also survived by children and grandchildren, as well as his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maria Fareri Children's Hospital or The Ronald McDonald House of the Hudson Valley in Valhalla, NY.
