She is survived by: her former husband Paul Cuchelo of Wappingers Falls; her husband Gerald Thorn of Beacon; her children, Dawn Ainsworth, Alex Burns (Victoria) and Jesse Burns (Morgan Navarro); her grandchildren, Xylie and Rayna Burns; her daughter Linda Groza; her great grandchild Michael Groza; her daughter Heidi Thorn (Bitsy Castillo); her grandsons, Gene and Mark Castillo; her son Charles Thorn (Kristine); and her grandchildren, Aidan, Nicholas (Ameya) and Caitlin. She is also survived by brothers, sisters and family members in Germany as well as extended family.
Memorial donations may be made to Beacon Volunteer Ambulance Corps, PO Box 54, Beacon, NY 12508, who were there with care and expertise in her moment of need.
