She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Foley and Edith Evelyn Foley; her son Robert Battista; and her brother Arthur Thomas Foley (Peekskill). She is survived by: her siblings, Robert C. Foley (Mary) of Cortlandt Manor, Edith Chiocca of Texas and Jacqueline Sivco of Texas. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and nine grand nieces and nephews, and an extended family.
