He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Kudan and Charles Kudan of White Plains. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Kudan O'Brien; his brother-in-law Dennis O'Brien; his nephews, Devin O'Brien and Aaron O'Brien; his sister Elizabeth Kudan; and his sister-in-law Christine Ulrich. He is also survived by family members and friends.
