It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Monroe (Beacon, New York), born in Cold Spring, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Alta Fehlman Monroe; and his siblings, Samuel Monroe, Gary Monroe, James "Mort" Monroe, Wayne Monroe and Anne Baylash.
He is survived by: his children, Jodi Monroe, Joseph Monroe (Shanna) and Vincent Monroe; his grandchildren, Anthony and Angelina Monroe; and his sister Marlene Ganzer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
