It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Schnetzler of Beacon, New York, who passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Babcock and Ethel Terwilliger Babcock; and her husband George E. Schnetzler. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin McConnell, Louise and Jennifer Luchetta; her sister Kathleen Keenan; her grandchildren, John Anthony Mesnick, III (Jamie), Scott William McConnell (Maria), Richard Charles Hults, Jr. (Beth), George Edward Luchetta and Tina Louise Luchetta; her great grandchildren, Paige Kirchner (Collin), John Anthony Mesnick, IV, Lilly Margaret McConnell, Madelyn Grace Hults, Tyler McConnell and Tyler Evans; her great great grandchild Kennedy Kirchner; and her nieces and nephews, Leeann, Cherry, Candy, LouLou, Denise, Billy, Tommy and Kathleen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as several cousins and many friends.
Memorial donations in Joan's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
