She is survived by: her husband Joe; her son Joe; her daughter-in-law Eileen; her grandson John of Arlington, VA; her brother Robert Riley; her sister-in-law Jane; her niece Caitlin of Beacon; her pet Quinn; and her friends, Trish D'Angelo, Pat O'Brien, Paulette Pettorossi and Jean Sablinksi.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (35 Willow St, Beacon, NY 12508). During COVID, "Nanny" served as John's personal audiobook, reading to him in marathon sessions for hours a day over FaceTime.
