With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay F. Provnick of Beacon, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Provnick (Grennan) and Francis Provnick; his aunts and uncles, Veronica, Phillip Baccomo, Rose, Arthur Chivalo, Agnes, Francis Supple, Mary Provnick, Helen Provnick, Anna Burch, Marjorie, William Toenigs, Joseph and Margie Provnick; and his cousins, Brenda and Vincent Nenni.
He is survived by: his sister Denise; his cousins, Brian, Cathy, Greg, Matthew, Julia and Jessica Nenni; and his friend Jim Palmatier.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (2 Beekman St, Beacon, NY 12508). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the St. Joachim Cemetery (325 Washington Ave, Beacon, NY 12508).
