With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. Foy of Beacon, New York, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 8, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Foy and Rose Eileen Moran Foy. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Baxter; and his sister Eileen Foy of North Bergen, NJ. He is also survived by his 3 nieces and 2 nephews; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law and his many friends.
