He was predeceased by: his parents, Crispin Diaz and Andréa Lopéz Diaz. He is survived by: his spouse Giselle Ruiz; his daughter Cynthia Diaz; and his grandchildren, Kaelise Perrez and Jaden Perrez. He is also survived by his three brothers in Puerto Rico; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
