He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Rodriguez and Felicita Miranda Rodriguez; and his wife Linda Murray. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Gregory (Larry); his grandson Lucas; his daughter Rachel Antalek (Brian); his grandsons, Patrick and Owen; and his siblings, Zaida Lopez and Carlos Rodriguez. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family requests that everyone wear a mask at the funeral home.

Memorial donations in memory of Jerry may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
