He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Betterton and Catherine Fleming Betterton; his brothers, Dennis Betterton and David Betterton (Betty Jane); his nephew David Betterton; and his brother-in-law Timothy Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ball Betterton; his daughter Meghan Betterton; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen, Kelly Betterton, Tracy, Mickey Hernandez, Brian, Dina Betterton, Kristin Betterton, Melinda Ball and Dan Ball. He is also survived by children; his many cousins and close friends.
Memorial donations in memory of Don may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
