Forman, Jr.; her children, Peter (Anne) of Beacon, Thomas (Tucker) of Chandler, Arizona, Patricia Clark (Earl) of Phoenix, Arizona, Susan of Mesa, Arizona, James (Caroline) of Ossining, John of Hopewell Junction, Andrew (Christine) of Beacon and Paul of Fishkill; her grandchildren, Kathryn Ortiz (Marcellinus), Maureen Forman (Chris Koester), Rebecca Forman, Andrew J. Forman II, Matthew Forman, Alexandra Forman (Ally), Nicole Forman, Olivia Forman, Ava Francese and Jack Francese; her great grandchildren, Maeve and Ysolt Ortiz; and her siblings, Gerald Browne (Cindy) of Fishkill and Kathleen Browne Carhart of Poughkeepsie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Dolores Browne Forman, a life-long resident of Beacon, died on November 19, 2018 surrounded by her loving family, from complications due to Alzheimer's Disease.
