He is survived by: his parent Agnes Phillips (Franklin); his spouse Beverly Smith; his daughters, Joanie Spiconardi and Susie Phillips; his grandchildren, Linda, Gray, David, Joey, Andrew and Sophia; and his siblings, Linda Barrett (Jack), Patricia Marino (Anthony), Maryann Wolfe (Bruce) and Robert "Bob" Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
