He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus S. Vaughn Jr. and Dorothy Vaughn (New). He is survived by: his former wife Josephine 'Jaye Fosella; his children, Neil Vaughn of Beacon, NY, Deborah Jayne Forzano of Pleasant Valley, NY and Brenda Lynn LaManna of White Plains, NY.; and his brother Earl Vaughn. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
