He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lucy and Anna Zeyak Lucy; and his siblings, William, Jr., Douglas and Marie Simmonds.
He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Letterio; his children, Celeste Lucy Ormerod and Matthew Lucy (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Raymond Carl Ormerod, Elizabeth Ann Ormerod, Katherine Lucy Ormerod and Kyle Matthew Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
