She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Murphy and Elizabeth J. Burky Murphy; her husband John S. O'Leary (Jack); and her brother Robert Murphy. She is survived by: her children, John R. O'Leary (Debbie) of Brewster, MA, Molly O'Leary (Jim Webster) of Beacon, Thomas O'Leary of Beacon, Pat O'Leary (Chrissie) of Newburgh and Michael O'Leary (Darci) of Cary, NC; and her daughter-in-law Susan O'Leary of Beacon. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
