She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Ramirez Vargas and Julia Vega Mercado; and her granddaughter Marisol Rivera. She is survived by: her children, Madeline Castro, Jose Velez, Evelyn Velez and Nilsa Gallagher; and her sisters, Vivian Castro and Irma Ramirez. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren & 3 great-great-grandchildren.
