She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Smith, Sr.; her siblings, Willard, Valeda, Wilma, Reba and Evelyn; her grandson Charlie Smith; and her son-in-law David Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Smith (Diane) of Jacksonville, Frederick Smith, Jr. (Sue) of Wrightsville and Beverly Phillips of Beacon, NY; and her grandchildren, Joanie, Susie, Jennifer, Jeannette and Donyae. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
