He was predeceased by: his father Harold Vlasak. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill (Dale), Penny (Jack) and Jill (Bill); his children, Peter, Jessica (Adam) and Michael; and his grandchildren, Summer, Hannah and Sienna. He is also survived by his many in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
