It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bette P. Dougherty (Bayville, New York), who passed away on January 7, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse James; her children, Jeffrey Dougherty (James Caffery), Timothy (Pamela), Beth Ann, Sharon Ward (Thomas) and Kadi; her grandchildren, Timothy (Pattie), Patrick Kellen (Lily), Kaity and Holly Ward; and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Tristan and Madison. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
