He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Nelson and Ethel Nelson; his aunt Rita; his uncle Dick; his cousins, Neil, Robin, Ronnie, Brian and Cindy; his daughter Heather; his brother Franklin; his son Danny; and his wife Laurie Nelson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Heart Association or the GoFundMe page that was created to help cover the costs of the funeral expenses.
