He is survived by: his wife Regina Diamond Cavalluzzo; his children, Gina Cavalluzzo Moffitt (Greg Moffitt) and Joseph Cavalluzzo (Diane Demers Cavalluzzo); his grandchild Zac Moffitt (Hannah Cappleman Moffitt); his great grandchild Sydney Jean Moffitt; his granddaughter Katie Cavalluzzo (Josh Clogg); and his great grandchildren, Jenson Joseph Clogg, Nic Moffitt (Taylor Dunn Moffitt) and Joey Cavalluzzo (Jane Ritt).
