He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Ferrara; his children, Stephen Veith (Linda Veith) of Huntington, NY, Joanne Crotty of Rockville Centre, NY and Alyssa Moeder (Charles Moeder) of New York, NY.; his grandchildren, Matthew, Brian, Meghan, Catherine, Caroline, Nicole, Sarah and Alexander; his brother Edwin; his son-in-law Tommy; and his grandson Thomas John.
The family welcomes donations to the Wounded Warrior Project as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers in memory of Jerry.
