He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. West MD and Joyce W. West of Carlisle, PA. He is survived by: his children, Alison Moons (Casey) of Columbia, SC and Craig N. West (Brooklyn) of Bluffton, SC.; his grandchildren, Aspen and Caden; and his brothers, William J. West Jr. (Jeanie) and Old Forge. He is also survived by many relatives, including cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as lifelong friends and golfing partners.
