He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sandie of New Mexico, John (Tracy) of Bayport, Michael (Karin) of Bayport, Frank (Amee), Quogue and Robert of Bayport; his grandchildren, Michael, Grace, Derek, Dylan, Kara, Kaitlynn, Samantha, Autumn and Austin; and his brother Dr. Joseph Mazurkiewicz (Judy).
