We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2019, at the age of 56, Colleen Hofmeister (Bayport, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Eric Hofmeister; her children, Devon and Liam Hofmeister; her brother Kevin; her siblings-in-law, Eileen, Karen, Marty, Stephen and Jenny; and her nieces and nephews, Reese, Tyler, Greg, Tommy, Peter, Eric, Jonathan and Katie.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Colleen's memory to METAvivor, 1783 Forest Drive #184.
