She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Clementi and Katherine Clementi; and her brothers, Joseph and Vincent Clementi. She is survived by: her husband Roy Blomster; her children, Catherine Smith (Donald), Barbara Imperato (Jack) and Kenneth Blomster (Susan); her grandchildren, Meghan, Collin, Kirsten, Bryan, Zachary, Christopher, Matthew, Daniel, Kevin, Kyle and Shayna; and her great grandchildren, Holly and Lucia.

In lieu of flowers, her family wishes for donations to be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society on her behalf.
