He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Florence Nelsen Tobin; his children, William R. Tobin, Bert C. Tobin and Holly L. Tobin; his grandchildren, William Harris (Courtney), Noelle Elizabeth, Andrew Douglas (Erin) and Cameron Zane; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Mae and Harrison Charles; his sister Madeline Senn; his nieces, Carol Halpin and Susan Nelsen; and his nephew Drew Nelsen. He was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
