He was predeceased by: his parents, David Campbell and Alice Campbell; and his brother David M. Campbell. He is survived by: his brother James Campbell; his wife Lauren; his sons, Dillion and Angelus; his sister Alice Campbell-Fortin (James Fortin, Johnny); his nephew Ian David Fortin; and also Amanda Losardo.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, to please donate to the Special Olympics, an organization that Johnny was a part of and that was very close to his heart.
