He is survived by: his wife Eileen Scanlon; his children, James Andrew, Sarah Veronica, Brian Lewy and Noreen Alice; his siblings, Donita (Thomas), Grace (John), Joseph (Eileen), William (Maureen), Virginia (David), Veronica (Victor), Thomas, Juliette, James (Alfia), Edward (Christina) and Stephen (Helen); his mother-in-law Alice Scanlon; his aunt Patricia Hart; and also, Vera (Martin), Patricia, Dennis (Pauline) and Lewy (Christine). He is also survived by his nieces, his nephews, his cousins, and his many friends.
Donations in Andrew's memory can be made to St. Anselm Youth Activities, an organization that was an important part of Andrew's life.
