He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Ann Portman (Peck) of Bath. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence B. Portman and Rita Portman (Waldman) of Bronx; his siblings, Lorraine Czarnecki (Anthony), Barbara Portman and Charles Portman (Anna); and his children, Lorraine Jean Portman and Errol Lawrence Portman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
