He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Rook and Ida May Rook (Harris); and his siblings, Carl, Albert Rook and Rosie Rook.
He is survived by: his children, Theodore Rook Jr., Paula Rook, Virginia "Jenny" Alvord, Pamela Reppert, Cheryl Rook, Karen Rook, Brian Rook and Roseanna Argay; and his stepson Steve Buchanon. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
