He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Griffin and Agnes Pryor Griffin; and his siblings, Alice Perry, Marjorie Jewell and Charles Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jewell Griffin; his daughter Marcia Carol Gissendanner (Leonard) of Hilton; his brothers, Frank Griffin (Corrinne) of Fremont and Harvey; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jewell of South Dakota and Nancy Griffin of Hornell, Four. He is also survived by Four step- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
