He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Evans and Patricia Evans (Hyer); his great-grandparents, June and Dayton Crawford; his adoptive parents, Jim Dieter and Mickie Dieter; his godmother Maria Clifton; his brothers, James Overhiser I and Donald Best; and his father-in-law William Mullaney Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Mullaney; his siblings, Debbie Kruse (Curtis), Pamela Anderson of Norborne, MO, Christina Drake (Charles) of Campbell, NY, Ellwood Andrews (Gayle) of Rayville, MO, Jody Best, Carl Overhiser (Shirley), Marion Overhiser and Joy Goodsell; his mother-in-law Mary Mullaney; his sisters-in-law, Christine Mullaney and Colleen Arnold (Aric); and his godfather Ruel Clifton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and beloved cousins.
