He is survived by: his wife Margaret Billings (VanDame); his daughters, Sheryl Hoad and Kim Hoad (Randy); and his siblings, Sonny Billings (Molly), Martha Clealand, Darlene Dodds (Bob) and Erma Partridge. He is also survived by six grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
