With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew J. Mehlenbacher in Bath, New York, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on June 11, 2023 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Mehlenbacher; his stepfather Leon Brisbee; his cousins, Joseph and Michael Dye; his uncle Gordon; his aunt Mildred Dye; and his father-in-law Craig Vosburgh.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Hunt Mehlenbacher of Hornell; his wife Rachel Vosburgh Mehlenbacher; his children, James and Katia Mehlenbacher; his sister Dianna Tuttle (Scott) of Dansville; his nieces, Casey Mehlenbacher (Dustin), Lacey Freas (Gary), Ashley Tuttle (Matt) and Amanda Tuttle; his nephew Andrew Mehlenbacher (Amanda); and his siblings-in-law, Katie Friedl (Robert) of Albion, Eric Vosburgh (Lacey) of Painted Post and Wendy Harris (Brad) of Glenville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
