He is survived by: his parent Anna Dutkiewicz Kwiatkowski; and his daughters, Elaine Kwiatkowski of Olean, Sharon Aloi (Bill) of Liverpool, Karen Trietley (Jack) of Red Rock and Audrey Sandore of Fayetteville Ark.
