He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bogart and Frances Minteer Bogart; his granddaughter Kali; and his sister Jane Bogart. He is survived by: his wives, Carolyn Brush and Carolyn Bogart (Brush); and his children, Tammy, John (Nancy), Beth (Jim), Rob (Pam), Mary, Shawn (Mindy), Heather (Merle), Bonnie (Roger), Ian and Heidi (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
