He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Parker and Belle K. Parker (Cady); his children, Connie Parker and David Parker; and his sisters, Doris Robbins (Joe), Marian Parker and Marjorie Robie.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Parker of Bath and Vickie Parker of Hammondsport; his grandchildren, Jim Brutsman, Jessica Brutsman, Joanna Sprague (Everitt) and Jason Parker (Kristen Orvek); his siblings, Eldon (Julia) and Sandra Burgdorf (Don) of Hohenwald, TN; and his brother-in-law Ed Robie of Savona. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
