She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Townsend and Lois Townsend of Bath; her brothers, Irwin Townsend and Herbert Townsend; her stepson David Snyder; and her granddaughters, Rachel Snyder and Joanna DeSalvo.
She is survived by: her sister Anna Beeman of Hornell, NY; her children, Stephen Zimmerman of Poinciana, FL, Brian Snyder of Pulteney, NY, George Snyder of Penn Yan, NY, Paul Snyder of Canandaigua, NY, Linda Snyder of Bath, Karen McKerlie of Prattsburgh, NY and Gail Frey of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her stepdaughters, Judy DeSalvo of Canandaigua, NY, Verna Kieffer of Buffalo, NY and Lee Dickson of Hammondsport, NY.. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren; along with cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bath Presbyterian Church (6 E Morris St., Bath, NY 14810).
