Smith II of Warren Mich and Melissa Gerych (Dave Hughes) of Bath, NY.; his grandchildren, Chad Gerych, Ryan Gerych (Keshia) and Anevae Smith; his great grandchild Chad Gerych; his son-in-law Rick Gerych; his brother Robert Smith (Sandy); and his siblings-in-law, Reta Smith, Milt Borel (Susan) and Julie Errett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousin.
