He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Russell (Nichols); and his siblings, Eva, Velma, Bessie, Marge and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Russell (Dee); his children, Fran Covert (Bob) of Jacksonville, Sandy Murphy of Savona, NY and Mike Russell of Bath, NY; his stepchildren, Deb Neal (Jeff), Julie Sarsfield (Doug), Vicki Howlett, Cathy Sutton (Marvin) and Mike Upham (Sharon); and also Mike Murphy of Campbell, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
