She is survived by: her husband Duane Havens of Bath, NY; her children, Jimmy Lee (Michele) of Cameron, NY, Cody Putman of Prattsburgh, NY, Melissa Liberatore of Middleport, NY and Heather Everett (James) of Canandaigua, NY; her siblings, Dawn Lee of Middlesex, NY, Linda Mehlenbacher of Arkport, NY, Lori Thompson (Terry) of Italy Valley, NY and Paul Lee (Donna) of Middlesex, NY; her grandchildren, Devin Rumsey, Ashton Cook, Corryn Foster, Olivia, J. J., Jaiden, Alani Everett and Aria Montroy; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Crimson, Camreigh and Irwin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
