He was predeceased by: his parents, William McConnell and Betty McConnell (Fish); his grandparents, Lyle, Leona McConnell, Raymond and Sara Fish; and his siblings, Pamela Ann, William'Ray', James and Eileen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Felicia Neally (James), April Finnefrock (Orin) of Horseheads, NY and Beth McConnell of Corning, NY; his close friend Rebecca Ulissi of Bath, NY; his grandchildren, Rhydian, Torryn Neally, Nova and Nash Finnefrock; his siblings, Penny Nichols (Martin) of Painted Post, NY, Terry McConnell (Rose) of Addison, NY and Jerry McConnell (Pamela) of Texas; and his close friend David Fish of Painted Post, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Billy's name may be sent to Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 E. Pulteney St., Corning, NY 14830 to assist with funeral expenses.
